Open to Bahai’s and their friends who desire to build vibrant communities wherever they reside.
How our families can contribute to the transformation of our neighborhoods and communities. There will be special programs for children 5 and up, junior youth and youth 15-21. For families with childrem under the age of 5, we will have special breakout groups where parents can care for their young ones and participate in the program.

– 9:30 a.m. Session 1 – How do families contribute to the process of transformation in neighborhoods and beyond?

– 11:00 a.m. Session 2 – What are the characteristics of (Bahá’í) family life?

– 1:30 p.m. Session 3 – How does the framework for action of the current stage of the Divine Plan both strengthen family life and create opportunities for vibrant families to contribute to the process of community building?
– 3:00 p.m. Choice activities (art workshops on singing in a choir, drumming, drama, watercolor, knitting or crocheting, etc.)
– 4:00 p.m. Recreational activities – group games
– 6:30 p.m. Dinner
– 7:30 p.m. Evening activities: Ice cream bar, story time, campfire and dancing!

Housing Options
SOLD OUT -Motel Style Lodging – $340 per room
queen and a twin, private bath, no linens
SOLD OUT-Semi – Private ( family ) – $240 per room
1 twin & 1 queen in a room, or 2 twins or 2 bunks and a twin shared bath, no linens
Bunks – $65 per bed
communal bunk room, shared bath, no linens
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before October 11th, all fees returned minus $10 per person administration fee. After October 11th, 50% of fees returned. After October 17th at midnight no refund will be issued. The camp must have a count on that day in order to prepare meals. Please contact us if you would like to request an exception at registrar.scrbahaischool@gmail.com
Forms
The forms you will see in the registration process are required for participation in the
South Central Baha’i Regional Baha’i School.
The Waiver of Liability is required for all Participants ( children in the same family may be included on one parent’s form)
The Medical Release and Sponsorship Agreement forms are additionally required for any sponsored minor.
Camp Policies
No Smoking
Everyone must abide by the curfew of 11p.m.
No pets except service animals
Vehicles are not permitted in the camp.
Parking must be in one of two desgnatedparking areas.
No Parking in or around the cabins or program facilities
No furniture can be removed from the rooms

Is financial assistance available?It is possible to obtain financial assistance by contacting your Local Spiritual Assembly or apply for a scholarship using theScholarship Request Form. If you have questions about scholarships, please contact the registrar at registrar.scrbahaischool@gmail.com
Can you donate to support camp expenses and help provide scholarships?
Yes,there is a donation item that can be added to your registration. You are able to write in the amount you would like to contribute. It will be added to your final total at checkout.
Are linens and towels available?
Linens are not provided. PLEASE bring towels and bed linens with you or sign up to get them at the camp for $20 a set. Each set will include one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, a blanket, pillow, pillow case, one towel, one hand towel and washcloth.
Will there be classes and child care?
There will be classes for everyone age 5 and up. For those under 5, we will have a space for parents to be able to care for their children and participate as much as possible.
Housing set up
We will assign rooms and give your assignments at the registration table upon arrival.
How do I pay by checks?
Please mail checks at least 10 days before the start of the session to ensure that we receive them intime to pay the camp. Checks can be made out to the South Central Regional Baha’i School and mailed to:
